1. Commission Process: Commissions are reviewed individually. If accepted, payment details and timeline will be provided.

2. Reference Materials: Please include clear descriptions and any image references with your commission request.(Will not proceed until all references have been recieved)

3. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. Remaining balance is due before final delivery.

4. Revisions: Two revisions are included. Additional edits after approval may incur extra charges.

5. Turnaround Time: (MAY VARY)Standard delivery is 1–4 weeks after completion depending on complexity. Rush options available upon request.

6. Deliverables: Final artwork will be delivered either by mail for traditional commisions and for digital commissions as a digital file (unless physical delivery is arranged). Shipping is additional.

7. Rights & Usage: All artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is discussed and paid for. Knvas retains all copyright.

8. Decline Policy: Knvas reserves the right to respectfully decline any commission at their discretion.

9. Behavior: Harassment or rude behavior will result in commission cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

10. Consent: By checking below, you agree to all terms and confirm that you are submitting a commission request in good faith.
